HOW IT WORKS

A COOKBOOK CLUB FOR PEOPLE WHO TASTE FIRST AND TRAVEL SECOND.

We believe the fastest way to understand a place is through what's on the table. So each month, the club gathers around one cookbook — cooking the recipes, learning the stories behind them, and connecting food to the culture that made it. No passport required, just an appetite and a working stove.

A month before we dive in, we announce the cookbook — giving you time to order it and gather ingredients. Then we cook our way through it together: swapping stories, comparing notes, and asking what we loved, what we learned, and how it matched our own experience at the table.

It started with two of us, a stack of secondhand cookbooks, and a running list of every place we wanted to eat our way through. It's turned into something we want to share.
